      You don't need any schematic. This takes the voltages on the 24-pin ATX power connector (-12V, +12, +5V, +3.3V, and Ground. The PCB connects the voltages to a series of screw connectors, which are clearly labelled and shown in the photos.       The +12V, Gnd(0V) and -12V connections may be used where you need balanced supplies e.g. for (some) Op-Amp or power-amp circuits. You need to check the ATX power supply for what current it can supply to both rails.

I have as much use for -12V (negative) as I have a use for herpes, so instead I want to turn the negative into an additional +12V port. Can I just cut the negative wires and hotwire the pins on the connector instead? Any thoughts?

      Just connect the ground output (black) to the POSITIVE supply of the circuit, and the -12V (red) connector to the GROUND Supply. Be sure to have the circuit isolated from any other circuits including any output signals..

      Pinout of this unit is the standard ATX available easily searching in Google. as far as I know, Dell use a different pinout on their PSU. Detected the ground GND and probe them in respect of GND on the Dell side and make the adaptor. That's what I would do
